I think that it's the creative personality types that struggle the most with time issues. Once I wrote down everything I did in a day. I did it for a week or so, writing down the times as well. I found it hugely helpful, as you can't change your life if you don't have a good grasp of how it is being lived! I kind of need to do another reevaluation soon I think.
